  The staffs were extremely unfriendly. We travelled here during winter with elderly, so we requested for warm drinks for them. They didn't even bothered to serve the drinks. The food was awful and overpriced too. We ordered some set meals for sharing and asked for more cutleries. They refused to give us extra cutleries. It's a very bad experience for us. Definitely not recommend this place!!!

  This used to be a very nice and quaint little fish and chips shop with quality service and great food but since this place has gone under new management the quality and customer service really has gone downhill! Overcooked and over priced fish and chips. We will not be back. Go elsewhere. Swansea has lost a great icon and gem.

  Loved the food, great fish and chips also other things on menu not fish related. The minor con is was lacking atmosphere in the restaurant. Will definitely go again

  overpriced food, extremely unfriendly staff, requested some water but the water never even show up! Requested extra cutlery for sharing but the request got decline! would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!
